As noted, the idea behind blackjack is to try and get your card hand as close to the value of 21 as possible, without going over. After you’ve decided upon the type of bet you’d like to place, and on how many hands, you simply need to click the relevant chips into the circles and then proceed to press the central ‘Deal’ button, and this will see two cards dealt out to each of the hands that you have wagered on, as well as two to the dealer. His will be dealt out as one face up and one face down. You’ll then have the chance to either ‘Hit’ to receive further cards, or ‘Stand’ to stick with the value that you already have. Once you have completed this, the dealer will go through the same procedure and your cards will then be compared with his.

If you manage to have an Ace and a 10 value card dealt out, this is a Blackjack and will see you receive a pay out of 3 to 2. Any other kind of win will see you receive a pay out of 1 to 1, while a tie of the same value cards returns your wager to you. Furthermore, you have the possibility of playing for insurance if the dealer’s face up card is an Ace, and if this is a winning bet, you will receive a pay out of 2 to 1. You also have the option of splitting if the first two cards you are dealt have the same face value. Double down is also another option.
