If you have chosen the type of wager that you’d like to place, then you simply need to decide upon which way you believe the game will go. If you think the cards dealt will lead to a victory for the dealer, then place your bets in that section. Likewise, you can bet on the cards being a winning hand for the banker or for the result to be a tie. Following on from this, you need to press on the ‘Deal’ button and this will see two cards dealt out to the ‘Player’ section at the top and two to the ‘Banker’ section. These cards will then be compared against one another in total. If the player or the banker has eight or nine in total, this is known as a ‘natural’ and this becomes the winning hand. If neither has this value, third cards are dealt in the following way:

• If the player has between 0 and 5, a third card is dealt. If player has six or seven, the hand stays the same.
• If the player stands, banker draws a third card if their hand is between 0 and 5. If the player draws a third card, the value of that card will determine upon whether or not the banker gets to receive a third as well.

In the game, number cards count as face value, aces count as one, and 10s through to Kings count as 0. If the total value is 10 or more, 10 is subtracted, with the value remaining being your hand total.

The pay outs that this game offers up can be seen by hovering your mouse over the sign stating the wagering limits on it. Here, you’ll be able to see that if you wagered in the direction of a tie, this result would give you a 9 for 1 pay out, while a correct guess of the game going in the banker or player’s favour would give you a 2 for 1 pay out. A 5% commission is also deducted from all banker winning rounds.
